Frequently asked questions
- How do I reset my password?
- Open Sign in, choose Forgot password, and enter the email you signed up with; a reset link is sent to it. If the email does not arrive, write to [email protected].
- How do I install the agent?
- Create a site in the app and it shows a one-line install command. Run it on any always-on Linux machine inside the network you want to monitor, with curl installed. The agent connects out over HTTPS, so no inbound firewall port is needed. There is no Windows agent.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app, open Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. Deleting the account also cancels the Stripe subscription. Your data is purged within 30 days.
- How do I cancel a subscription?
- Write to [email protected] and ask. Deleting the account also cancels it, but that removes the account and its data as well.
- Does the trial need a card?
- No. Solo and Pro start with a 14-day trial that takes no card. If no payment method is added before it ends, the account moves to the Free plan and nothing is charged. The Free plan covers 1 site and 10 devices.
- Is there an Android app?
- Not yet. There is an iOS app, and the web dashboard works in any browser. The site has an early-access list for Android.
- Where do you send alerts?
- Push notifications to the iOS app, email, and webhooks including a Slack payload. Text-message alerts are not live yet.
- Privacy or security concerns?
- Read the privacy policy at /privacy, or email [email protected].
